Your Parent Portal account is your central hub for managing your swimmer(s), team communications, and payments. Here’s a breakdown of the key features you’ll find after logging in:
Easily register your swimmer(s) for upcoming training sessions and view the team schedule.
Manage your saved payment methods.
View any outstanding balances on your account and make secure online payments.
When your swimmer is invited to a meet, you’ll receive an email. Use the portal to declare their attendance and, depending on the meet setup:
Review a comprehensive history of all fees charged and payments made on your account. Unpaid items are clearly marked.
If the team offers additional items like swim caps or apparel, you can purchase them through the portal after registration.
